Cancellation Policy
24-hour Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. If you “no call” / “no show,” you will be charged a $15 no-show fee. Being more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being rescheduled and you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. Mobile appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit, which is forfeited if you fail to show for your appointment at the designated time & place.
